Here ya go Port....the boy's first time out. He did real well considering we headed out around 1030 with makeshift camo for him, a coyote howler diaphram call that I was able to make turkey yelps with, and a couple of bizmuth duck shells from a few years back....I wasnt real prepared, but he was dying to go.

second stand setup and less than ten minutes of calling brought him in with 1 other and about three more following. He got birdie about 40 yards out, think they saw the boy's face or eyes. Guess I can still shoot a shotgun at something other than canines after all....

Thanks Buddy. I love seeing the pictures. I still haven't connected with a bird I wanted to shoot, but the fat lady ain't singing yet.
Taking the kid is important, but it does increase the challenge with the bow.
