This past Saturday Blue mountain fish and game held a youth day event. The event was sponsored by the Delaware shad assn. Port and i helped out for the morning and had a great time. I got to be the range master and help keep every one safe. Port on the other hand was an instructor. He did a fantastic job the kids took to him and he was able to teach them very well .
There was four other instructors and they all did a great job. I think the kids had a great time and it got them away from the TV.
There was a lot for the kids to do.They learned about Trapping snapping turtles,fishing ethics,different baits,canoeing,fishing and of course archery. The club also supplied a free lunch for every one who attended .
We were at the Wednesday 3-D shoot when when we found out about the event .
The shoot is open to the public every Wednesday .
$6.00 for 15 targets .

El Coyote and I have shot the last three Wednesdays at Blue Mountain, it is a good time. The rest of you should come out.
